At present we would like interested people from U12 through to Masters (2012/2013 season age groups) to send their name, age group and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org, by Sunday 9th June 2013. We will finalise details when they become available to us.
We will be running training sessions at Immanuel College - either Tuesday or Thursday, 6 to 7pm (to be confirmed) and you must be committed to attend these sessions to be considered for team/individual events.
You will need your own fins (prefer Eyeline brand - Blue & Orange), a reasonable swimming ability due to the nature of events and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Entry for the event is $30 ($20 for Under 12s) and will need to be paid via the Surf Club payment gateway before 30th June (further details will be provided).
Some of the events are:
- Obstacle race
- Brick carry
- Line throw
- Manikin Tow/Carry
- Relay events etc.
We will also be looking for anyone who may be able to help during the event as officials, timekeepers or pool setters.
