Membership Due

A gentle reminder to those that haven’t paid, membership fees are now due. Access the website to pay online. All details are on the website.

Location: Henley Surf Life Saving Club
When: Saturday 16 January
Pre-registration: email competition@henleyslsc.com.au
Registration: from 9.45am on the day
Start time: 10am sharp
Age: U15, U17, U19, Open, Masters
Events: Theory paper, ergo machine (1 minute time trial), surf race, board race, single ski, for U17 up, beach sprint, beach flags
Cost: free

Presentations: TBC

Please note: this event is only open to Senior Members who are current 2015/16 financial and proficient members. The theory paper and surf race are both compulsory events, however, competitors may choose to opt out of one other event.

Officials/Recorders/Helpers: we will require a number of members to assist with timing and recording the ego events, acting as starters/finish judges and recorders for all beach and water events and makers to score the theory paper. If you would like to help, have some fun and enjoy watching the Club Championships from the best position, please email Sonja Smith at competition@henleyslsc.com.au.

HET Camp

Date for HET Camp is 12 & 13 December – at Chiton Rocks SLSC – an email will be sent out soon with more information.

Keep up to date on all the info about HET – go to HET (Henley SLSC). Please note that this is only for Henley members – do not add anyone that is not part of our club.

Are you planning on competing at State Titles, Masters State Titles or Aussie Titles?

If so, you will need a minimum of 16 patrol hours prior to 31st December 2015. Click here for the attached list of all members who have less than the required 16 hours.

If you have any queries with this, please contact Peter Oborn ASAP.

Enrolments are now invited for upcoming Level 1 Surf Sports Official Accreditation Course.

The course will be conducted at:

Surf Central on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th December 2015 6.00pm to 9.00pm both evenings (approximate finish time only pending numbers).

This course will be provided free of charge by SLSSA.
