Gym

The Henley Surf Life Saving Club has a fully-equipped gym on Level 2.

Our aim is to have the strongest and fittest patrols and competitors in the state.

Access to the gym is available to Henley SLSC members who are:

~ Financial

~ Proficient

~ Bronze medal holders

~ SRC’s under supervision only

You may purchase a FOB ($28) from Membership Manager if qualified, which allows you access any time.

You are reminded there are no closed sessions (if you are qualified you are welcome).

Supervision is available on Monday,Wednesday and Fridays between 5pm and 7pm just turn up and ask for Gary Tredrea.

Take your turn cleaning up the gym and record it in the folder provided.
